Taking only 2 days out of your busy lifestyle, you could receive all the education, insight, proven coaching strategies and techniques (and knowledge that’s tried and tested over 20 years to discover what does work). That’s if you’ve reached an age in your life, you are prepared to achieve different results, with a potential new partner. Or you may be thinking right now, you don’t know how to even get to first base and attract the right man into your life. This programme will certainly help you too.
I am running through this with you now, to give you this most valuable nugget of information first so I don’t waste your time. If this article has already touched or resonated with you, then read on.
How can we help our future generations to build the right relationship
Love is now more disposable as the Y generation shop for it on Tinder, vs the older Baby Boomers in their 40’s/50’s who continue to remain stuck between old and new traditions. As we age and mature, finding true love becomes more competitive with a lower ratio of available men (the hunters) vs women (waiting to be hunted). An older Mr Extraordinary now has any number of older or younger women to choose from.
For you to stand you to the right man, he needs to recognise you’re a high value woman inside and out. It’s now even more important for entrepreneurial career women (waiting to be hunted) to get it right if you’re looking for extraordinary instead of second best, instead of another failed relationship.
Or, if life is whizzing by and you’re now in your 50’s plus and you are still waiting to found the right man you are aligned and compatible with. To make a relationship work you need to take a different approach if what you are doing right now it’s working.
I was the typical career woman waiting for Mr Right to turn up
Already focused on my career. At 28 I ended my 11-year first-love relationship, simply because we didn’t understand each other’s deeper needs. I was also big time naïve and believed another man would make me happier. It’s the mindset we especially follow in our 20s. But life experience has since taught me otherwise. I in fact became a symptom of society, viewing love as more disposable when I expected to meet Mr Right quite quickly and live happy ever. How wrong I was! My life certainly didn’t turn out how I expected it to. Possibly your life hasn’t turned out the way you expected it to either?
The next 13 years of my adult life 28-41, I considered myself an independent single career woman, trying to survive paying the bills and mortgage, surviving emotionally and mentally living alone without the support of the right partner. I continued dating, having short-term relationships that didn’t last beyond 2 years. Life became even more stressful doing everything alone because the 3 key reasons why career women are not finding Mr Right, below, didn’t even cross my mind.
If you find yourself in your 30’s, 40’s, 50’s and over, it can become harder with broken relationships getting in the way of finding your next special relationship if you are ready to settle down. More obstacles are likely to hold you back e.g. the way you think about men, about relationships, about yourself. Mr Right could be standing right in front of you, but the way you think could be stopping you.
As a qualified Relationship Transformation Coach, my vision is to become the voice that will transform the RELATIONSHIP SURVIVAL REVOLUTION to help thousands or millions of single or divorced career women (or men) in their 30’s, 40’s, 50’s plus. I want to make a difference towards changing societies approach.
If I can help and educate women how they APPROACH FINDING A NEW RELATIONSHIP AND BUILDING ONE THAT WORKS and LASTS, I have done my job. I work with Executive clients either 1-2-1 who are time poor who want a quick solution or with groups of women. Sharing my knowledge and experience will give an accelerated learning experience, if more women (even men) want to AVOID MAKING THE SAME MISTAKES (they are likely to be unaware of).
The 3 key reasons why career women are not finding Mr Right (rightly or wrongly).
As a corporate career woman, I followed societies lead, leaving love to chance because the fairy tale tells us one day we will meet our Prince Charming and will live happy ever after. Society believes we will meet our special someone, but the chances of finding happy ever is faster declining.
Your next step……
Today, my personal journey has become my passion - to help women (or men who also want to avoid making the same mistakes), and sharing 20 years of my dating experience and relationship education. Now condensed into a 2 Day Masterclass Programme. If I can engage more women with my motivational and engaging talks, I dream of changing more lives. With my qualifications and experience of 5 different therapy interventions of the Mind-Body-Energy connection, my health and well-being experience also supports clients through their journey. What makes me unique, I truly understand how to transform lives much faster than clients can achieve alone.
Why not come along and register to attend a FREE Webinars or a Coaching Taster Events in January/February 2017 to experience some coaching exercises and how the 2 Day programme can help you. My promise is to transform your approach to FIND, BUILD and NURTURE the most rewarding relationship in your life into the future you dream of finding right now.

My Story
I thought I would have my own family, be happily married by my mid 30’s, which in fact turned into a decade of disappointment in love, dating the wrong guys, and relationships that didn’t last beyond 2 years. During this 10-year period, when I was 33, I decided enough was enough and I took control of my own destiny and future.
One significant relationship that broke me was the catalyst for me to transform my own life. Over 6 years I immersed myself in studying, learning, re-educating myself to BECOME THE BEST PARTNER I COULD BECOME! I walked my talk, applied what I learned in my life and noticed different results with men. I was determined Mr Right would not want to let me go when I found him!
Walking onto a beautiful golden beach in the Bahamas, on February 14th 2014 my life changed in an unbelievable way. It was Valentines Day and my dream had finally came true when I married for the first time in my life. I was 47. It was the most magical day of my life because I had worked so hard to become the best partner I could become for Dave, who is my Mr Extraordinary and has changed my life in an unimaginable way. I am the original career woman Baby Boomer (without my own children) now married to a divorcee with his own family I am very blessed to share and be part of already over 8 ½ years. My life has significantly changed because I took control to FIND, RECOGNISE, BUILD AND NURTURE a more loving and happier relationship I wanted.
Something needs to change if relationships are going to survive. Is Christmas or Valentines your reminder to do something different if you don’t want to keep making the same mistakes?
*The Daily Mail 6th Dec 2016 reported from the Office of National Statistics that Marriage and Divorce as it is lowest since 1970’s. Relationships are no longer surviving now we are living together longer and weaker relationships continue to end.
When it comes to relationships there are two non-negotiable factors for a intimate and successful partnership to work. The first is communication, the second is trust.
Without trust there is very little chance that your relationship will survive or work the way you want it to. Trust is the foundation to build any relationships because quite simply, love is built on trust. As human beings we are hard wired to love people that we place our trust in which takes time to nurture and build.
Vulnerable feelings and emotions will inevitably come up when you meet someone new and fall in love. Working at your relationships also take a lot of commitment, and trust is the basis of any happy and lasting relationship if you are looking to attract Mr Right you would love to settle down and build a future with.
So just how do you gain trust? You may have heard the old adage “trust takes a lifetime to build and a moment to break”. As with most things in life, trust needs to be earned, it’s not automatically given.
Here are 7 Top Tips on how you can build trust in a relationship.
1.Be willing to trust.
Your heart needs to be open to trust before you decide to date a guy if you’re looking for a meaningful or lasting relationship. You have to be willing and open to trust in the first place. Trust is reciprocal, so you can only begin by speaking authentically your feelings inside in a secure and loving way. Or possibly, you may need to work on a limiting belief, to change your mindset if ‘I don’t trust men’ is a belief you are still carrying deep inside you. Such a belief will only continue to sabotage any new relationship unless you discover how to create a more positive and empowering thought instead.
2.Decide what trust means to YOU.
Trust means different things to different people. So get a notepad and just jot down what trust means to you. What comes in to your mind when you think about trust? How would you show that you trust your partner? If you’re clear about what it means to you, you’ll be more successful as you start to build trust.
3.Find out what trust means to a man your dating.
Before you fall in love with someone new, it’s important to ask any man what he thinks about trust and what it means to him. Take some time to discuss the subject, to make sure that you’re on the same page. It's a great starting point and foundation before you enter any new or longer-term relationship.
4.Be trustworthy yourself.
Don’t place the onus on trust with your date or partner. You too have to be trust worthy. Make sure you do what you say you will do, follow through on commitments, be dependable and keep your promises to help your partner feel more secure and trusting in you. So ask yourself the question “Would you trust you?”
5.Keep communicating.
Trust and communication go hand in hand whatever stage your relationship is at. Tell each other how you feel, not what you partner wants to hear, because the moment your thoughts and feelings are withheld, trust becomes harder to sustain if you don’t express yourself or communicate clearly. Loving feelings can easily breakdown, so remember it’s important to discuss your emotions in a secure and loving way if something is bothering you.
6.Know that trust can be chipped away at.
Trust isn’t always just broken by a series of lies or an affair. Sometimes trust issues develop over time. So it’s essential that you recognise the patterns and ensure that you address and work on those little niggles as they happen so you don’t end up with one big argument. When you say what you truthfully feel inside, love will more easily come back into flow once again when you clear any unspoken words you're holding onto. So don't let emotions build up into resentment, this is a difficult breaking point, which can certainly stop any intimacy or sexual chemistry unless you deal with your emotions in the correct way.
7.Building trust in a relationship is crucial for its success.
Learn to see the joy in trust and how you can build and support a new partner to feel more secure. Nurture trust in your own life first, continue to be open and honest, and a more rewarding, happier and loving relationship will grow into what you believe about trust!

If January 3rd is now recognised as “Divorce Day” by solicitors who see a spike in business just after the new year, it’s obvious that the couples who stayed together over Christmas, finally gave in to start divorce proceedings.
Other relationships also end once Christmas presents have been exchanged. January then becomes the focus month to reassess if the man you are living with or have been dating is right for you.
After all, the stress of the festive season combined with dealing with close family, more time to think, no work to occupy your mind, could certainly throw a torch light on your relationship.
So how can you help your relationship survive the January blues?
1.First of all, it’s important that you take time to think about your choices
Christmas may have been the wake-up call that you needed, but it’s not the best time to make any rash decisions that could possibly affect your life.
2.Your next step is to think about whether you’re making your partner’s faults a bigger problem than they actually are.
Think about the positive aspects of your relationship, what positive qualities does your man have that makes him special and important to you? What qualities were you first attracted to? Remember, no body is perfect. So, who is causing the difficulties right now, you or your man?
3.Is it time to consider how you can become a better partner for your man?
To become the best 50% of your relationship you need to take responsibility for your own imperfections. Have you been putting too much emotional pressure on him? Or is it time to discover what obstacles may be holding you back from the relationship you want. If you would love to have a more lasting and loving relationship that works, you need to become more aware of the way you think and communicate.
4.What new year resolution could help your relationship?
Instead of arguing, enjoy a date night spending some quality time together really listening to each other's needs. Recognise and acknowledge your man when he does something special for you. He loves to feel acknowledged and appreciated.
Whether you’re in a relationship you want to improve, are dating, single and waiting to find Mr Right, what could you do to become the best 50% of the relationship you want? To communicate better with the man, or with men, my unique F.I.ND. Love Accelerator 4 Step Formula coaching programme can help you ATTRACT a man, BUILD and NURTURE a more loving, happier and lasting relationship.

According to a recent article published 16th November in the Daily Mail more babies have been born to women over 35 than to women under 25 for the first time since records began in the UK. This brings up the important question of whether you should just get on with having children or if you should delay starting a family and just build a career and secure a life in case Mr Right doesn’t show up.
Of course, we’re living in a world where having it all is a tad easier than previous generations. Whilst juggling life, a career, or a family if you’re a single parent, constantly running around and shifting from one task to the next, it is possible. Although, would it be easier having a man to help you out, or can you do it on your own?
Sheryl Sandberg, in case you didn’t know, the woman who is in charge of Facebook once said that the most important career choice you’ll ever make is who you marry.
And in part, she’s right. Let’s look at it tactically for a moment, if you marry someone who has huge ambitions and is on the path to a successful career and you also want the same things, then you’re going to find someone whose on your level and who will understand the times when you need to put your career first.
However, if you marry someone whose main priority is to be the breadwinner then your work will become to support that, even if you have your own career. And whilst this type of marriage is slightly easier to hold together because you’re not playing in to the endless power struggles and rebalancing of priorities between spouses, it may not fulfil all your ambitions.
So, should you find the right man before you settle down and start building your career? Or should you get on that ladder, build your career, take care of business and then start to think about settling down and having a family? The answer to that question is never going to be an easy one, after all, it’s all down to bio-individuality and what you really want in life.
It’s important to ask yourself; where can I see myself in 5, 10, 15 years time?
But whatever you decide making sure that you find the right life partner and someone who matches you and your ambition is essential. And that’s where consulting with a good coach can help you. lovecoachingyou.com we can help you find love and happiness without having to give up on any of your ambitions.
Are you falling for someone special in your life right now?
You cannot concentrate properly. You’re excited thinking about a gorgeous guy or lady you’ve met recently. You cannot believe this lovely person is attracted to you. You’re feeling flattered and might even be walking around with a big smile on your face. Life feels great doesn’t it?
Perhaps you’re thinking this relationship might be the start of something special. Or, could they be the one you’ve been waiting for, your life partner - if you’re both in the right emotional space, ready to work at something more meaningful, reached the same life stage and want something similar together.
First of all, take it easy and don’t run because you want love to happen quickly. It’s hard to know if someone is right for you when you feel the thrill of dating someone different.
Tip – Start discerning from the beginning if they’re right or even wrong – before you get too emotionally involved – see the signposts early on.
There are so many factors to consider falling in love. it’s more than just attraction, chemistry and great sex. If you want a mature fulfilling love relationship, with someone who is easy to be with, you need some understanding and insight first.
Do any of these signs resonate with you?
Can you read the signals if your love potential is more comfortable avoiding intimacy or emotional connection and is the type of personality unlikely to offer you any longer-term commitment? They like their independence, are too self-reliant and might give you positive signs – we have a future together – but mostly keep you at a distance. Do you feel lonely when you’re together because intimacy is missing and communication is hard to understand. If you looking for more connection with someone capable of communicating in a healthier way, it may be time to move on and find this special someone - you do want to be with.
Do you put your needs aside? Or often go into panic mode and become anxious if you don’t hear from your new love potential when they say they will contact you? You may unable to concentrate properly, start to analyse the circumstances around why they are not contacting you. You’re constantly worrying if you’re right for them, not the other way round. You put your own needs aside instead of expressing what really matters to you.
Someone who is a secure character, capable of making you feel secure, will often listen to your needs, follow through and do what they say. They are also more likely to commit to a longer-term relationship if you’re the right partner for them. They make great partners if you know how to recognise them.
Are you secure in love, become anxious or prefer to keep your distance? Which love type one are you?
Some types work well together and others simply do not change.
How to read the signposts.
If you’ve been hurt in love before, want to do it right next time round, you may feel very differently if you can clearly understand and recognise healthy or unhealthy communication. You will feel empowered making your own more accurate decisions when you listen with different ears. More importantly you will know if a new love potential is right or wrong early on. Is it time to learn how to understand the signals you want to avoid?
Take responsibility and become clear
Before you fall deeply in love, it’s good to get real about the choices you make in the early stages of love. Take responsibility at being a better partner for someone else. Don’t expect a new person to make you feel happy and fulfilled, that is your own responsibility. Love is also not a fairy tale and it always takes two to make your relationship loving, happy and rewarding.
It’s now up to you to decide - either let your emotions, the same insecurities and behaviour patterns arise again in your new relationship. Or let passion and sex steer you in the wrong direction. Or take a new approach to understand the signals.
Tip – Choose love wisely. Your heart, your happiness and future depends on it.
Remember, it’s natural to feel some insecurities starting any new relationship. The most important part is how you manage your feelings and the way you communicate with each other that will keep the relationship moving forward in a healthy way.
