With a net worth over US$1B, due to her stock holdings in Facebook and other companies. In 2012 Time Magazine named her among 100 of the most influential people. She Moved to Silicon Valley in 2001 to join Google Inc. from serving under President Bill Clinton. In 2007 Mark Zuckerberg met Sandberg and thought she was a “perfect fit” for the role of COO she started in 2008.
Sheryl is not only a businesswoman role model, has a loving family and successful career. Unfortunately, her equally successful husband Dave Goldberg sadly died unexpectedly of a severe heart attack in 2015.
Even with enormous grief, Sheryl returned to work after 10 days (In Jewish traditions, the mourning period for a spouse lasts for 30 days). After which, she posted publicly on Facebook, an unfiltered account of her grief-stricken month, attracting more than 74,000 comments to date. Strangers all over the world flooded her Facebook page with tales of their own tragedies and heartbreaks.
She then co-wrote Option B, a partly personal memoir and part practical manual how to withstand catastrophe and grow from adversity. She renamed her Lean In foundation to the Sheryl Sandberg & Dave Goldberg Family Foundation empowering women to achieve their ambitions and help people build resilience to find meaning in the face of adversity.

There are many reasons why women remain single and one is the scarcity of men when we are older. As we reach our mid 30's and head towards our 40’s, 50’s and older, it get's harder to meet the right available man especially if you're still looking for your Mr Right.
With a lower ratio and fewer available single men on the market, more women are competing for the right male attention. So it’s important to consider, how you stand out from other women.
Looks
You never know where you could meet Mr Right. To attract the right guy, it's important to take care of your hair, makeup, your body, the style you want to project, especially if you want a man to take care of his appearance.
Our brain is hard wired to reproduce, so it's only human to want to feel desired by men no matter what age you are. As a woman you can be attracted to many features in a man to be drawn to him, so it's not always about looks. Men are more visual, so your appearance will certainly catch his attention for any spark of chemistry to ignite.
Inner Beauty
When a man notices you, it's important your inner beauty really makes you shine. How you feel about yourself, how you respond to him, your personality and attitude, will speak volumes to him. He will quickly decide if he wants to invest his time with you. Remember, your looks and chemistry alone will not maintain your relationship. Any sexual chemistry and excitement can often be short lived, so your inner beauty needs to shine for a man to recognise you are right for him.
If you're a confident professional woman I am sure you would love to meet a confident man who is happy and charming, or he has the qualities you are looking for. Remember, like attracts like, so become the person you want to meet, e.g. happy and confident. Right now, if you're not feeling self-confident with men, possibly have lower self-esteem, it's unlikely you will meet a more confident type of guy.
To discover how to make your inner beauty shine, claim your FREE 5 Step Inner Beauty Makeover below. It will help you explore and identify which area you need to work on you right now to attract your right, Mr Right.
Communication
To ATTRACT, NURTURE and BUILD a healthy and more successful relationship, communication is the key. Without an awareness of the way you communicate with a new guy, will either glue, or repel your relationship. If you really want to avoid repeating the same mistakes, take some time out to understand how you think and what you are saying to men. Are you effective and loving, or dis-empowering when you communicate?
Now here's the interesting part. If you were to give yourself a mark out of 10 (0= not achieved, 10 = you’ve achieved 10 out of 10), what number would you give yourself when answering these 3 questions.
If you are closer to a 10 that's a great place to be. If you would love to attract a similar guy to you, and you've marked yourself 5 or 6, possibly lower, then you may want to think about reaching out for expert support if you really want to become a better version of you. Eating a picnic breakfast on a beautiful sun kissed Australian Mandurah beach on Christmas morning, certainly made me realise how drab and grey an English Christmas can be without a dusting of snow to make the festive season magical.
It was 8.30am and the sun was blazing hot already, but it was the bright red reindeer hats that caught our attention as a family parked their towels close by. As we wished each other Merry Christmas I learned the Parker family were from Bolton having emigrated for a better life some 8 months earlier.
This chance encounter was a great reminder for me; how important meeting and choosing your right partner is in your life, when they will undoubtedly shape your future and destiny, rightly or wrongly.
This young couple would have never made such a courageous life choice, or possibly even taken the big leap of faith, if they were not aligned as a couple. Being part of the power of two, only enriched their life.
This story was similarly parallel to my own experience. For sure I wouldn't have been on such a beautiful beach Christmas Day, if I had not taken steps to understand myself first when I was single. I certainly would have not met Dave without changing my thinking and approach before we met back in 2008. Now my life has dramatically transformed into my dream and the future I wanted for so many years. Only because I had become more self-aware, I met someone as amazing as Dave who I am now happily married to, and because I was open to someone with children of his own.
It also goes to prove that the COO of Facebook, Sheryl Sandberg knows her stuff about making the right partner choices. Click here if you're a career woman wanting to know more. https://lovecoachingyou.com/857-2/
If time is passing you by, should you continue to devote all your time to your career if you no longer want to keep making the wrong relationship choices? Or, is it time to invest and focus more time and energy finding your right partner first, before the next 5 years disappear, and your still living alone.
When you invest in your own self-worth to find the happiness you seek, the power of two will certainly enrich your heart and life when you get it right. What if, you don't meet Mr Right in the next 5 years? How will this situation impact your life? www.Lovecoachingyou.com
According to a recent article published 16th November in the Daily Mail more babies have been born to women over 35 than to women under 25 for the first time since records began in the UK. This brings up the important question of whether you should just get on with having children or if you should delay starting a family and just build a career and secure a life in case Mr Right doesn’t show up.
Of course, we’re living in a world where having it all is a tad easier than previous generations. Whilst juggling life, a career, or a family if you’re a single parent, constantly running around and shifting from one task to the next, it is possible. Although, would it be easier having a man to help you out, or can you do it on your own?
Sheryl Sandberg, in case you didn’t know, the woman who is in charge of Facebook once said that the most important career choice you’ll ever make is who you marry.
And in part, she’s right. Let’s look at it tactically for a moment, if you marry someone who has huge ambitions and is on the path to a successful career and you also want the same things, then you’re going to find someone whose on your level and who will understand the times when you need to put your career first.
However, if you marry someone whose main priority is to be the breadwinner then your work will become to support that, even if you have your own career. And whilst this type of marriage is slightly easier to hold together because you’re not playing in to the endless power struggles and rebalancing of priorities between spouses, it may not fulfil all your ambitions.
So, should you find the right man before you settle down and start building your career? Or should you get on that ladder, build your career, take care of business and then start to think about settling down and having a family? The answer to that question is never going to be an easy one, after all, it’s all down to bio-individuality and what you really want in life.
It’s important to ask yourself; where can I see myself in 5, 10, 15 years time?
But whatever you decide making sure that you find the right life partner and someone who matches you and your ambition is essential. And that’s where consulting with a good coach can help you. lovecoachingyou.com we can help you find love and happiness without having to give up on any of your ambitions.
Imagine how you would feel reaching a personal goal you’ve worked so hard towards achieving over 13 years of your life. Then one day arrives and you become overwhelmed with emotions and excitement. You cross the finish line of the race you’ve been running for years and it feels strangely amazing because you’re there. All your hard work, study and determination to succeed paid off. You’re dream just came true.
I felt the elation as I crossed this finish line on Valentines Day. I was finally getting married which made me realise just how far I had come over 13 years of learning about love and relationships. My eyes filled with happy tears as they rolled down my cheeks. I married my gorgeous soul mate, lover and best friend of 6 years, on a beautiful idyllic golden beach in the Bahamas. In the heat of the sunshine we exchanged our vows as we looked out to a turquoise crystal clear blue sea together.
Many years before it wasn’t the same story, something quite opposite. I was so disillusioned about finding true love and fed up being hurt again and again, meeting all the wrong relationship types. I had given up. Does this sounds like you?
Feeling this pain, took me to a turning point in my life. I decided to become an expert at love and relationships if I wanted to find my own happiness. I now feel passionate about helping you find the happiness and rewarding relationship you are seeking.
