Guest Name Change - Latest by Fri 21st November 2025, Midday.

• If your early bird guest can no longer attend/has to cancel.
• It is possible to change your menu selection for 1 NEW GUEST before 21st November 2025 latest.   Only one name change is possible.
• Go to your original confirmation email (you kept safe) - click the Menu Order Form link.
• You will be directed to the menu submission form.  A message will pop up - you have already submitted your form.
• On the same screen - see link - bottom left of screen - to edit your response.
• Edit with NEW GUEST name - and menu selection - latest by 21st November midday.
• After this date - no further changes are possible.

• Travelling locally from Berkshire Ascot, Windsor, Twyford, Maidenhead Bucks Marlow, Beaconsfield, Oxford Henley - are approx. 20-30 minutes by car.
• Bucks (Gerrards Cross, High Wycombe) - 40 minutes by car.
• Gloucester, Hampshire, London - approx. 1 hour by car!
