Some very effective holistic techniques nicely complement and enhance self-transformation coaching sessions if they are suitable for an individuals deeper needs. Both EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Integrated Energy Healing will help women to change the way they think and feel.

Both techniques are easily managed over the phone or Skype with very effective results.
