Table of 10 - Buying Separate Tickets

1. Be Quick! Buy Early Bird before 21/11/25 when offer ends.
2. Invite your friends/guests to pay separately if they wish to, or to come solo to join the early mingle.
3. To Buy tickets - go to home page. Click button to go to Eventbrite ticket transaction.
4. At ticket purchase, an immediate email confirmation will follow with your Menu Order Form.
5. Add a GROUP NAME you wish to be seated with together.
6. Individual tickets purchased separately, we cannot guarantee you will be together (so be quick).
7. Or buy 10 tickets (£870) when you book DIRECT. See next FAQ.

Direct Group Bookings /or Last Minute Tickets

Follow the same steps - for DIRECT Group Bookings or LAST MINUTE tickets:

1. TEXT 07590 221951 - your NAME, EMAIL, NUMBER OF TICKETS required.
2. A text will confirm ticket availability.
3. Make your payment to Karen Marshall, your host (paying all hotel costs in advance)
4. Pay K A Marshall, Barclays Bank, Sort Code 20-78-58, Account Number 40577979.
5. Text will confirm payment receipt.
6. When payment is received an email confirmation will follow with your Menu Order Form.
7. Please check your spam if you have not received your email.
8. Text 07590 221951 if no confirmation arrives.
9. Early Bird Offer Ends - 21/11/25. After Pay £99 per ticket and a booking fee.
10. Final Ticket Deadline Fri 28/11/25. We will endeavour to help you with last-minute tickets if possible.

At ticket checkout - please opt for the optional £7.50 booking fee, per guest. To arrange this non-profit event, we are expected to cover Eventbrite fees, currently absorbed in every ticket you see on screen. With your help, the charities will receive more money. Thank you for opting to pay if you can.

Group Booking -Table of 10 - Secure your table for £870.

a) It is recommended to make a DIRECT group booking. Contact 07590 221951 or info@lovecoachingyou.com to make your booking.

b) Or pay separately for your group of 10 guests joining you, via Eventbrite. Table plan seating is only confirmed when tickets are purchased and menu selection is SUBMITTED, subject to ticket availability.

c) Group organisers are responsible for completing the menu selection for a table of 10 (booked directly).

Menu Reminder

• Your ticket confirmation email and menu order form will arrive after purchase.
• See the festive 3-course dinner menu reminder link here.
• Please note - vegan (VE) or gluten-free (GF) dishes are identified on the Menu Order Form.
• Vegan/Vegetarians - the hotel menu includes a plant- based 'pork' date and cranberry vegan dish. A clear animal oversight the hotel is unable to amend. Rest assured this dish is plant-based.

What's Next...

• Get your Early Bird - For couples - 1 ticket £99 and 2nd £75. Or buy 1 ticket only for £89.
• The Menu Order Form you receive after ticket purchase - will easily open if you have a gmail account. If you cannot access the form, contact info@lovecoachingyou.com for another version.
• A half bottle of wine allowance per person is included with dinner.
• If you prefer alternative (2 x soft drinks, or 1 x zero free options) - please specify.
• Should you prefer alternative drinks (not listed) please purchase them at the paid for bar.
• Return Menu Order Form - within 7 days to be seated together, only confirmed when you SUBMIT.
• After 7 days - we cannot guarantee you will be seated with friends. Please SUBMIT your menu form.
• If no email confirmation arrives with your menu form, within 48 hours - check your spam email.
• If still no arrival - contact info@lovecoachingyou.com.
• Submitting your menu selection, your choices will automatically transfer to a master spreadsheet.
• Your data is only used for the purpose of arranging this event.

Seating Plans

• Only when you SUBMIT your menu order form can we allocate where you are seated.
• Seating is only guaranteed, subject to ticket and table plan availability. Book tickets early.
• We will endeavour to help you where possible so make sure to book early.

Group Booking - Table of 10 purchased for £870

• DIRECT BOOKINGS - Your group organiser is responsible for your party of 10/Menu Order Form.
• Upon purchase of 10 tickets, your organiser will receive an email confirmation with a separate EXCEL Menu Order Form. Contact your organiser to add your menu selection.
• Return group menus - within 20 days, or asap to info@lovecoachingyou.com. Contact 07590 221951.
• Deadline for FINAL menu submission - Fri 21st November 2025.

Elegant Charity Ball Tickets -

• Tickets are non-refundable. with no cash alternative.

Guest Name Change - Latest by Fri 21st November 2025, Midday.

• If your early bird guest can no longer attend/has to cancel.
• It is possible to change your menu selection for 1 NEW GUEST before 21st November 2025 latest.   Only one name change is possible.
• Go to your original confirmation email (you kept safe) - click the Menu Order Form link.
• You will be directed to the menu submission form.  A message will pop up - you have already submitted your form.
• On the same screen - see link - bottom left of screen - to edit your response.
• Edit with NEW GUEST name - and menu selection - latest by 21st November midday.
• After this date - no further changes are possible.
